LOTO Padlock - Nylon - 76mm

We offer several customization options to meet diverse workplace needs, including key configurations (keyed alike vs. keyed different), custom numbering or lettering, lock labels in multiple languages, and the option to choose the number of keys provided per padlock.

Keyed Alike vs Keyed Different Padlocks

• Keyed Alike: Each padlock in a set can be opened with the same key. This option is ideal for individuals or teams who need quick and easy access to multiple locks without carrying numerous keys.

• Keyed Different: Each padlock has its unique key. This enhances security, ensuring that only the person with the corresponding key can open a specific lock. It's suitable for environments requiring high security and individual accountability.

For further information on applications as well as advantages and disadvantages of keyed alike / key different you can check out our blogpost on the subject here.

1. Custom Numbering/Lettering: We offer custom numbering or lettering on each padlock and key for easy identification. This feature is particularly useful for recording lock numbers and locations during lockout tagout procedures, streamlining the process and enhancing safety compliance.

2. Lock Labels & Language Options: Lock labels provide vital information and warnings directly on the padlock. To cater to diverse workforces, we offer lock labels in German, French, and English. These labels are designed to communicate safety messages clearly, regardless of the user's language proficiency.

3. Number of Keys: For keyed alike padlocks you can choose to have additional keys for each padlock up to 10 keys per padlock.

When it comes to selecting the right customization options for your workplace, consider the specific requirements of your lockout tagout program, the composition of your workforce, and your security needs.
